About Us

LoveDefined is a discipleship process created by Weyman and Susan Howard. It was discovered through their own journey of surrender to God’s Love in the midst of their divorce over two decades ago.

They found that God’s promise of “Love never fails” is true. Not because their marriage was saved, but because they were. In one of life’s most painful experiences - adultery and divorce, they found God’s Love meeting them with power, comfort, wisdom, and strength.

Following His love and not their own desires, led them to redemption for their own hearts and minds and also to their marriage. This is now the message they disciple the nations with: “As I have loved you, you must love one another.”

Until we learn to love as Christ has loved us, then we are missing the Kingdom of God. The Kingdom IS Love because God is love. That is why the word tells us so plainly, “Everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. Whoever does not love, does not know God.” 1John 4:7-8

Weyman and Susan’s purpose is to disciple people, churches, and nations to know his love and to walk in the power of His love. This is the light that shines in darkness. This is the power that transforms the world - the Love of God in Christ. They live in San Diego and have four children and two grandchildren. They delight in one another as a family and enjoy spending as much time as possible together.
